Trainee/Assembler

As an Assembler, your main role involves assembling medical devices to specification while ensuring the quality standards are met. You are responsible for installing components correctly, identifying defective parts, and maintaining a clean work area. Here are your key responsibilities: - Assemble Mechanical and PCB Components: Put together mechanical parts and systems according to blueprints and technical instructions. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the assembly process. - Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and work area. - Documentation: Accurately complete job cards, material requisitions, and work orders. - Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes. - Packing: Carefully pack glucometers and accessories into designated packaging materials. - Labelling: Accurately label packages with the correct information, including product details and shipping addresses. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - ITI/Diploma in electronics and mechanical. - Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability. - Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills. - Detail-orientated, highly motivated, patient, and diligent. - Able to work well in teams and independently. - Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.,
