This will include the support of new and existing products that come under the responsibility of the team.

Mandatory / Primary Skills

Supporting Windows Desktop/Laptop, Networking,

• An integral part of a 24-hour support roster to provide 24x7 support to the designated users.
• Support polices and function configuration builds to allow implementation of projects.
