Trainee System Administrator

As a part of the team at izmocars, a leading Interactive Media and Internet Solutions company in the Automotive industry, you will be responsible for managing and administering Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Software for izmo and its Global Users. Your role will involve providing technical support on all these aspects, including security issues, while liaising with Users and guiding other support staff when necessary. You will also play a key role in supporting new and existing products falling under the team's responsibilities. This position is based in Bangalore and requires expertise in supporting Windows Desktop/Laptop, Networking, and being an integral part of a 24-hour support roster to ensure 24x7 support to the designated users. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting policies and function configuration builds to facilitate the implementation of projects effectively.,
