Trainee System Admin

Sysadmins support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer servers and networks having 0 to 1 years of experience (Freshers can also apply).

Responsibilities

· Technical support: Provide help to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

· System maintenance: Assist with installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, and performing routine system checks.

· User management: Help create and manage user accounts and permissions.

· Monitoring and documentation: Monitor system performance, alerts, and server health. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and user procedures.

· Backups: Assist with routine backups and learning system recovery processes.

Required skills and qualifications

· Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and common software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

· Familiarity with basic networking concepts like TCP/IP.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A strong interest in IT systems and a willingness to learn new technologies in a hands-on environment.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
