. Conduct site quality verification checks at outside locations.
2. Supervise loading and unloading processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Coordinate with team members and vendors for efficient dispatch operations.
4. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during dispatch and handling.
5. Maintain records of site inspections and dispatch activities.
6. Report issues and discrepancies to management for immediate resolution.
