We are hiring Trainee Supervisors (Male/Female) for a reputed Granite Company in Perundurai.

Location: Perundurai
Role: Trainee Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering
Gender: Male or Female
Shift: 12 Hours (7AM - 7PM) During training period
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Salary: 18,000/- during training period
Training Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily team operations and task execution
• Plan and allocate daily production tasks
• Monitor performance and provide feedback
• Enforce safety and compliance protocols
• Monitor equipment readiness and safety compliance
• Track production output and resolve bottlenecks
• Enforce quality control and defect management
• Manage workforce attendance, coaching, and morale
• Report metrics and escalate issues to management
