Trainee Software Engineer (Freshers)

What we do:

We develop web applications, mobile applications and websites

Eligible criteria:

• Students from 2025 B.Tech - CSE, IT, ECE, EIE and EE batch only
• MCA 2025 are eligible
• No marks barrier.
• Diploma holders are also eligible
• Candidates who are willing to join immediately
• This position is for freshers

Recruitment Process:

Online Process:

The first round will consist of an online coding test with a time limit (1 hour). Students need to have a desktop or laptop from where they need to log in. The instructions will be provided and they need to read and follow the same. The cameras should be on (mandatory) 

Successful candidates from the technical coding round will be called for the final round of interview (online)

The students need to have a good internet connection for both the processes to occur successfully.

Salary Structure:

• Selected candidates will start their career with Aponiar as a Trainee Software Engineer - The training period will be for a minimum period of 6 (six) months starting from the date of joining the organization. The training tenure will depend on the performance. The Trainee Software Engineer will get a stipend every month. Stipend during the training period will be 10,000 to 15,000 INR/per month
• Post successful completion of the training period, employees will promoted to Software Engineer
• Salary range for the post of Software Engineer:

Software Engineer - 2.40 lakhs - 3.50 lakhs INR per annum including variable pay

• Salary structure and promotion will be purely based on employee’s skill and capability
