Trainee Research Development

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the purification of synthetic compounds using chromatography techniques such as Preparative HPLC, Flash Chromatography, and LC-MS. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize purification methods to ensure the recovery of high-quality compounds. Additionally, you will need to perform routine analytical characterization of purified compounds using techniques like NMR, Mass Spectrometry, and UV Spectroscopy. Your duties will also include maintaining laboratory instruments by ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting minor technical issues. It will be essential for you to keep detailed records of purification processes, observations, and experimental results. Collaboration with medicinal chemists and analytical teams will be necessary to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of purified compounds. Strict adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory compliance guidelines is mandatory in this role.
