Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Business Processes:
Study existing operations to identify areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
Identify Requirements:
Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather, formalize, and document business needs and project requirements.
Translate Requirements:
Transform business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and specifications for technical teams.
Liaise Between Stakeholders:
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring mutual understanding.
Recommend Solutions:
Develop and propose strategies and solutions, including process improvements and new systems, to address identified problems and achieve business objectives.
Document & Track:
Create comprehensive documentation, such as business cases, functional specifications, and project reports, and monitor project progress.
Support Implementation:
Work with technical teams to implement new solutions, conduct testing, and ensure user acceptance.
Monitor & Evaluate:
Assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, gather data, and adjust strategies as needed to meet evolving needs
