Trainee Operator – Wooden Furniture Manufacturing

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Operators to join our wooden furniture production team. The candidate will assist in operating woodworking machinery, assembling furniture components, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes under supervision. Key Responsibilities: Assist in operating woodworking machines such as cutting, drilling, and polishing tools. Support senior operators in furniture assembly and finishing tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. Learn and adapt to new production techniques and tools. Report any equipment issues or production delays to the supervisor. Skills Required: Basic understanding of woodworking or manufacturing processes (training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Good physical stamina for workshop tasks. Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious. Growth Opportunities: After successful completion of the training period, candidates may be considered for permanent roles such as Machine Operator, Production Assistant, or Quality Technician with performance-based increments.
