Daily Store Operations: Maintain accurate records of day-to-day store activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of materials. Ensure proper documentation and system entries of material movement. Material Inward & Issue Report: Prepare and submit a comprehensive Monthly Stores Material Inward & material Issue Report by the end of each month and email the same to Accounts department on 1st day of every month. WIP (Work-In-Progress) Count & Valuation: Conduct and report WIP count and valuation at the month-end for Report by the end of each month and email the same to Accounts department on 1st day of every month. Closing Stock Count & Valuation: Ensure Closing Stock count and valuation is completed and documented on the last day of each month. Inventory Accuracy: Conduct periodic stock audits to maintain 100% accuracy between physical and system stock. Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, and retail teams for smooth inventory flow and planning.
