Job Description

As an Intern – Overseas Recruitment, you will assist our team in recruitment processes, student counselling, and client support. This role provides an opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of overseas hiring. Successful interns may be offered a full-time role at Meridian International after the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
Assist students/clients with documentation, applications, and visa processes.
Maintain and update candidate and client databases.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Coordinate with international partners, universities, and agencies.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing)
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
