Strength and understanding in Social media posts/reels/motion graphics and web banners design, digital collaterals is main expectations. Printables design experience and knowledge is welcome. Requirements: Minimum of one to two years of experience as a Junior/Trainee/Intern Designer Experience with design software and graphics editing tools - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign , Corel Draw Experience with other softwares like Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus point Knowledge of Figma is welcome Familiarity with design techniques Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts) Teamwork skills A keen eye for detail Time management and multitasking abilities Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude BA/BFA /BDes in Design or a related field (Bachelor's Degree mandatory) Experience of Internship or employment in a Design/Advertising Agency will get preference Application steps: Step 1: CV and online portfolio link (share on info@mindfulventures.in ) Step 2: Test – will include two creative making using two diff tools/softwares Step 3: Personal Interview Step 4: Decision Come, grow with us!
