The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training in wind turbine operations, maintenance, safety protocols, and site management. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or diploma holders in mechanical, electrical, or renewable energy engineering who are passionate about sustainable energy and eager to build a career in the wind energy sector. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering. Basic understanding of wind turbine technology and renewable energy principles. Willingness to work at remote wind farm locations and at heights. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
