Trainee Engineer Reservoir

As a potential candidate for the role, you will be required to learn and become knowledgeable in various aspects of Operations, Maintenance, Information Technology, and Techno-commercial roles. This includes working independently on assigned tasks upon completion of training, understanding processes and systems necessary for a company's functioning, and being a role model for safety, health, environment, and quality issues. You will also be expected to proactively seek opportunities for learning and skill development in different roles available in various sectors of Hydrocarbons, develop a good understanding of operations, maintenance, computer science, and new business initiatives. Furthermore, you will learn how to supervise others, monitor the work of contractors, plan work for operating and maintaining plant and site facilities efficiently, and participate in key activities of the refinery such as Major projects, Turnarounds, and Safety initiatives. Attending various meetings of Operations and Maintenance will also be essential to develop a sound understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - First-class degree in the respective discipline of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
