**Role Overview:** As a Trainee Clinical Trial Assistant at Manentia Research Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) and assist in various clinical trial operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting the research team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall success of clinical trials conducted by the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) in an organized and up-to-date manner - Assist in various clinical trial operations as directed by the research team - Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met throughout the trial process - Prepare and manage documentation related to clinical trials - Coordinate meetings and communications between the research team and other stakeholders - Assist with data entry and monitoring activities to support the smooth conduct of clinical trials **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners - Proficiency in research methodologies and understanding of clinical trial processes - Familiarity with clinical operations and knowledge of regulatory requirements - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to team dynamics - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field to demonstrate academic background and knowledge relevant to the role,
