About the Role

We are looking for a fresher or beginner who wants to start a career in finance consulting. You will support the team in understanding client requirements, configuring the system, and helping with testing and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in talking to customers and maintaining good relationships.
Help gather requirements and understand client needs.
Support in client meetings and workshops.
Do basic business and system analysis.
Assist in configuring finance-related modules in the system.
Help in preparing documents and reports.
Support solution delivery and testing activities.
Assist with data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.
Coordinate with team members and help manage project tasks.
Identify basic issues and share them with the project manager.

Required Skills

Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Basic understanding of finance concepts.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn ERP systems and new processes.
Ability to work well in a team.
