Trainee Business Analyst Finance

As a Trainee Business Analyst for the Finance domain, your role will involve working with a product known as Microsoft Dynamics D-365 F&O (formerly Axapta 2012), which is an ERP system designed for mid-size to large enterprises. This system is recognized for its robustness, scalability, and rich functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics product line. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in Business Process workshops by collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, analyzing current processes, and proposing solutions to help achieve their desired business objectives. - Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps between the current state and desired state, and recommend appropriate solutions. - Participate in workshops to analyze customer requirements and translate them from Business Requirements into Functional and Technical Requirements. - Create various Business Analysis documentation such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Functional Design Document (FDD), User Manuals, and Requirement Traceability Matrix. - Configure and set up the Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Application. - Map business scenarios within the Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 environment. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure the system meets the specified requirements. - Deliver Functional level training to end users. - Manage change requests (CR) and maintain associated documents. - Offer support to existing clients. Qualifications Required: - Relevant educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 will be advantageous. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Prior experience in ERP systems or Business Analysis is a plus.
