Trainee Associate

As an iTrain Trainer Associate at Manpower Group, you will work closely with various business stakeholders such as painters, contractors, architects, shop boys, dealers, and employees. Your primary responsibility will involve training these stakeholders on paints, application processes, mechanized tools, waterproofing, and other related topics. This role also requires travel for up to 15 days in a month. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and conduct training sessions according to the monthly schedule - Travel to different locations to deliver training to participants - Address complaints at customer sites - Prepare product panels, mobilize trainees, and handle new assignments as required - Check and process iTrain expenses **Qualification Required:** - Post-Graduate or Graduate from any background - Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, internet, and email **Additional Company Details:** Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience and strong communication skills are preferred. It is essential to be a good communicator and have the ability to manage teams and training sessions effectively. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the local language, as well as Hindi and English, is necessary. Knowledge and experience in training, consumer sales, and business development within the paints and building material industry are advantageous. Candidates with a background in Paint Companies, Painting Services Companies, or Building Materials such as Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, Indigo, Akzo, Aapkapainter, Cements, Electricals, Pipes, or Hardware will be given preference. Being willing to travel is a key requirement for this role.
