Trainee Associate / Associate Onsite Technical Diagnostic Associate

Job Summary:

As an integral member of the Elitek diagnostics team, the Technician will execute diagnosis, programming, Invoicing, reporting, facilitating and interact with US Team for any possible requirements of the customers and the process expectations. Your ability to manage time and organize resources while professionally interacting with Elitek Vehicle Services partners is essential.

Essential Job Duties:

• Serve as a primary partner contact as needed within the service process.
• Primary duties are customer Email handling for Elitek customers.
• Work order Creation - Generate Invoices for the services rendered to the customers.

• Report Generation

  Carmax

  Invoicing

  & OPUS ADAS Invoicing through

  Sales force

  application.
• Escalating when needed but helping the customer complete the process.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Experience

• Understanding of the automotive industry and various manufacturer acronyms and lingo.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Shift Timing: US Shift (5 pm to 2:00 am IST, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

BCom, BA, BBA, Automotive or relevant technical exposure

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Requires good written and verbal communication skills. Well organized, detail-oriented & focused. Strong analytical skills. Must interact well with others, multi-task, and prioritize workload. Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office/Intermediate MS Excel

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details. Must work additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
