Job Description

Job Title: Trainee – Accounts

Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Purpose:

To assist the Accounts Department in day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting activities while gaining practical experience and developing professional accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
  • Support preparation of vouchers, invoices, and bills.
  • Help in reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Maintain files and documentation related to accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
  • Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for collection and verification of financial data.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of accounting information.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Internship experience in an accounting role will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
