About the Company:

AV Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing engineering and automation company providing turnkey industrial and infrastructure solutions across India. We are looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at our Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle data entry, purchase entries, sales invoices, and expenses
• Support in GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation activities
• Maintain and update Excel sheets and financial records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups
• Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Experience: 1–2 years in Indian accounting
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Male candidates only (due to on-site coordination and travel requirements)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
