Trail Room Security

The Trail Room Security Guard is responsible for maintaining safety and security within the changing room (trail room) areas of a retail store or similar facility. You will be tasked with preventing theft, protecting customers and staff, monitoring suspicious activities, and ensuring company policies are followed in trail room usage. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring the entrance and exit of the trail room area, counting garments before customers enter and after they exit to prevent theft, ensuring that only a permitted number of items are taken into the trail room, watching for suspicious behavior or security risks and responding appropriately, effectively communicating with store staff regarding potential shoplifting or policy violations, escorting individuals to trail rooms when necessary and ensuring the space is clean and safe, operating surveillance equipment when assigned, handling customer concerns or incidents in a professional and discreet manner, reporting all incidents or security breaches to the Security Supervisor, and maintaining logs of daily activities and incident reports. Qualifications required for this role range from 10th to Any Degree. The salary for this Full-Time position ranges from 13k to 16k. This job is Full-time and Permanent in nature.
