You will collaborate with design and content teams for creating landing pages and ad creatives, conduct A/B testing, implement audience segmentation strategies, and generate regular campaign reports to drive ongoing improvements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, particularly in managing paid campaigns for real estate projects. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is essential. Strong analytical skills, an ROI-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns concurrently are crucial for success in this position.
