Job Description: Digital Marketer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Traditional Marketing Executive to lead and manage offline marketing initiatives. This role focuses on building brand visibility and driving customer engagement through non-digital channels such as print, events, OOH advertising, BTL (Below The Line) activities, and media partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns (print, radio, TV, banners, flyers, etc.)
• Coordinate with external vendors for branding, printing, and event logistics
• Identify local and national offline marketing opportunities to boost brand visibility
• Organize BTL activities such as roadshows, in-store promotions, and exhibitions
• Manage budgets and track ROI on offline campaigns
• Ensure consistent branding across all physical assets and printed materials
• Collaborate with sales and branding teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Develop and manage relationships with print media, agencies, and event partners
• Monitor competition and market trends to identify new offline marketing avenues
• Submit campaign reports, feedback analysis, and improvement plans to management

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of traditional media channels (OOH, print, BTL, etc.)
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Project management skills for events and promotions
• Good eye for design and branding consistency
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in traditional marketing
• Experience in industries like FMCG, retail, real estate, or events is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
