Trading Tech Test Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CTRM Testing Lead to join our dynamic team at International Oil Trading Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 3-5 testers in the delivery of agile sprints, collaborating closely with developers and business domain experts. This is a remote position that requires a proactive individual capable of adapting to high-velocity projects with shifting timelines and requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a testing team to deliver high-quality results within agile sprint frameworks.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, developers, and users to ensure seamless communication and understanding.

- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of CTRM or similar packaged trading systems.

- Develop and implement test automation for legacy .NET applications.

- Adapt to changing project requirements and manage shifting timelines while upholding quality standards.

- Motivate and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of software testing experience, specifically with transactional systems in the financial or commodity trading sectors.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of at least 2-3 individuals.

- Strong knowledge of CTRM systems or similar packaged trading platforms.

- Hands-on experience with test automation for legacy .NET applications.

- Exceptional team leadership skills with the ability to earn credibility and build rapport with cross-functional teams.
