Job Description

  • Read and understand Job order, engineering drawing and SOP for Manufacturing of flow switches, flow valves and flow meters.
  • Achieve productivity and meet quality standards.
  • Comply with company safety standard - zero harm policy.
  • Identify and pick up the necessary inventory materials used in the production.
  • Clean the parts with ultrasonic machines.
  • Assemble and reed set the parts according to work instructions.
  • Epoxy - Preparing, potting and curing for the electronic/mechanical component assembled in the bodies and pistons.
  • Follow standard procedures for magnetizing the pistons.
  • Able to measure, cut and buff/polish the pistons according to specifications using turning / milling / grinding - machineries.
  • Understand factory calibration testing process and measure the readings through various devices and equipment.
  • Identify the calibration testing errors and gaps between standard and reference meters.
  • Record measured readings and maintain the production check list throughout the task to completion.
  • Assemble the cable with pins and connectors.
  • Follow standard procedures for cleaning, labeling and packing finished goods.
  • Perform Hi-pot testing, Metal label engraving and riveting on the finished goods.
  • Follow 5 s guidelines and maintain tools and equipment used on the job work.
  • Collaborating with other tradesmen to complete the group task.
  • Lifting and shifting the materials, Cleaning - Work benches and Test setups.
  • Perform preproduction job work - Plug press fittings with Pistons and Bodies.
  • Inventory counting when required.

  • Ability to handle additional PPEs required for the clean room activities.
