Trade Specialist - SME Trade

As a Regular Employee in the Retail Banking sector at Standard Chartered in Bangalore, IN, your primary goal will be to increase Trade asset and Revenue numbers, trade LC bill discounting book, and provide successful NTB asset referrals. You will also play a key role in the digitization process to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include working on business working capital, adhering to all trade processes and FEMA regulations, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of ethics and regulatory conduct as per the Groups Values and Code of Conduct. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of SME Trade regulations and practices, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent qualification, along with relevant experience in trade finance or commercial banking focusing on SME Clients, will be required. A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, as well as strong Trade Sales experience, will be advantageous.
