Trade Specialist - SME Trade

As a Trade Asset and Revenue Manager at Standard Chartered in Bangalore, your main role will be to increase trade asset and revenue numbers, enhance trade LC bill discounting book, provide successful NTB asset referrals, and focus on digitization. You will work alongside Relationship Managers to develop strategies to increase trade penetration within the TWC Trade and working capital business. It is essential to ensure that all internal processes are met and that you are well-versed in FEMA regulations for effective risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all internal processes are met for governance - Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct - Take personal responsibility for embedding high ethical standards, including regulatory and business conduct - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively - Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set by the Bank's Conduct Principles - Serve as a Director of the Board of relevant entities, exercising authorities delegated by the Board of Directors Key stakeholders for this role include Business, Operations, and Compliance teams.
