Trade Specialist - SME Trade

Job Description: You will play a crucial role in increasing Trade asset and Revenue numbers, enhancing trade LC bill discounting book, and providing successful NTB asset referrals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing Strategies in collaboration with RM to boost Trade Penetration - Ensuring all internal processes are met for effective Governance - Displaying exemplary conduct by adhering to the Groups Values and Code of Conduct - Taking personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics and compliance - Identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters - Leading the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Conduct Principles - Serving as a Director of the Board of relevant entities if applicable - Engaging with key stakeholders from Business, Operations, and Compliance In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to possess strong trade experience, knowledge of Fema regulations, and a Graduate degree in Education.
