Trade Marketing Representative

You will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with preselected targeted customers to promote core medical oncology services. This includes promoting MOC/Doctors to Doctors, Institutions, NGOs, and Direct to Customers (Community) within the assigned territory. You will work closely with consultants of MOC to arrange value-added speaker programs, CMEs, educational workshops, patient interactions, and other programs for reach and catchment penetration. Additionally, you will conduct medical camps and media interactions in the assigned territory and maintain an up-to-date database of sales and marketing activities. Empanelment with local NGOs & communities for direct referrals and competition mapping of Healthcare Institutions in the geography will also be part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage and build relationships with customers and stakeholders The company offers benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, provident fund, and yearly bonus.
