*Key Responsibilities:* Patient Interaction & Support: * Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families. * Provide accurate information regarding appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-ups. * Coordinate with patients for timely scheduling and reminders of appointments. Appointment & Calendar Management: * Schedule and manage daily appointments for the Medical Oncologist. * Maintain and update the doctor's calendar efficiently, ensuring minimum wait time for patients. * Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and emergency consultations promptly. * Executive Assistance to Medical Oncologist: * Act as a reliable point of contact for the Medical Oncologist. * Organize meetings, prepare documentation, and manage professional communications. * Support in maintaining patient records, treatment notes, and confidential data. Coordination with Internal Teams: * Liaise with nursing staff, lab technicians, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care. * Assist in preparing daily consultation lists and tracking patient history and reports.
