This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage automation technologies, and contribute to the success of our fee operationsAs a Fee Billing Analyst within the fee operations team, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the fee billing process, ensuring accurate cash movements, effective funding coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile fee-related cash movements in and out of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate with internal business partners to facilitate proper funding and resolve fee discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation and enhancement of automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in fee billing projects, assisting with planning and execution to meet operational goals.
• Develop a foundational understanding of market products and fee regulations, applying this knowledge to daily activities.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines, using strong analytical skills to solve problems and challenge existing processes.
  

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Basic knowledge of financial markets and fee transaction lifecycle, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cash movements and coordinate funding across business lines.
• Experience with process improvement and automation technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management principles and experience supporting project execution.
  

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in finance operations, especially fee billing and process optimization.
• Working knowledge of Intelligent Automation solutions like alteryx, tableau etc
