York Recruitment is looking for TRACTOR OPERATORS to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain tractors for optimal performance and productivity.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or defects.
Collaborate with other farm staff to achieve production targets.
Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Troubleshoot problems with tractor equipment and perform repairs as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Tractor Operator or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of tractor mechanics and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with agricultural practices and techniques.
