Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform
Third Party Risk Assessments
for new and existing vendors including security, compliance, and operational risks.
Conduct
Vendor Due Diligence
, review evidence, evaluate risk posture, and document findings.
Assess third parties against international standards such as
ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST CSF, PCI DSS
.
Review and validate vendor controls related to
data security, access management, incident response, SOC2, ITGC
, and business continuity.
Perform
security questionnaire reviews
, follow-up on gaps, and ensure closure of risk remediation items.
Evaluate vendors on
legal, financial, cybersecurity, and operational risk parameters
.
Maintain accurate documentation including
Risk Register, Risk Control Matrix (RCM), Scorecards
, and reporting dashboards.
Work with internal teams like Legal, InfoSec, IT, Procurement to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Support periodic
vendor performance reviews
, renewal assessments, and continuous monitoring activities.
Conduct vendor
contract reviews
for Infosec clauses, data privacy commitments, and SLA adherence.
Assist in
audit support
, internal/external compliance requirements, and risk mitigation planning
