Job Description

As a TPM Jira at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Jira Cloud users, ensuring seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and vendor coordination across various programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary contact for Jira Cloud support, managing Remedy tickets, onboarding queries, and user escalations. - Facilitating the onboarding of programs to Jira Cloud, including tasks such as license validation, test case migration, and user provisioning. - Conducting demos and office hours to assist users in navigating Jira workflows and integrations. - Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot configuration issues, permission models, and data sync errors between Jira and Rally/Aha. - Supporting CRQ planning and execution for Jira schema updates, field validations, and migration logic enhancements. - Coordinating with vendors to address plugin issues, validate architecture diagrams, and ensure compliance with Mastercard's security standards. - Monitoring and cleaning up orphaned work items, duplicate epics, and initiatives using Domo reports and Confluence documentation. - Maintaining Confluence pages for support instructions, banner updates, and workaround documentation. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in enterprise software or Agile environments. - Deep understanding of Jira Cloud, Aha!, Rally, and the Atlassian ecosystem. - Experience with enterprise migration programs, CRQ processes, and dependency tracking. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Domo, EazyBI, and Confluence. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with global teams. - Familiarity with CAB processes, onboarding calendars, and OKR tracking. - Engaging with vendor contacts and internal stakeholders for escalations and enhancements. Additionally, as part of your role at Mastercard, you will be expected to adhere to corporate security responsibilities, including: - Abiding by Mastercard's security policies and practices. - Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information. - Reporting any suspected information security violation or breach. - Completing all periodic mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard's guidelines.,
