Lux Hospitals is a growing multi-specialty hospital in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, committed to offering high-quality, patient-first care. We are seeking an experienced IP & Insurance Billing Executive to work in inpatient billing and insurance claim department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete In-Patient (IP) billing lifecycle – from admission to discharge
• Handle insurance documentation, including pre-authorization, final billing, and claim submission
• Liaise with TPAs and insurance companies for approvals, queries, and settlement follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims, receivables, and pending settlements
• Coordinate closely with the front office, doctors, billing, and finance teams for seamless processes
• Respond to patient and attendant queries regarding insurance coverage, approvals, and billing

Who Should Apply?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IP billing and hospital insurance processing
• Solid understanding of TPA coordination, pre-auths, final bills, and claim settlements
• Proficiency in hospital billing systems and insurance portals
• Good communication, follow-up, and documentation skills
• Candidates from nearby locations or willing to commute to Gachibowli preferred
