Tours and Travel Manager

Aspire Holidays, we provide exclusive “Tailor-made tours and Packages to our customers at an affordable price with a motto of “Well-designed plan and quality of service” in both Domestic and International.

We are looking for a well versed team player with great enthusiasm in traveling and tour planning. You will be responsible for Coordinating, planning, organising and booking a complete End-End travel arrangement for the Customers. Our Aim is to provide an excellent, exciting, enjoying and Hassel free Tour Plan, to enhance satisfaction and client retention and consecrate clientage. Your contribution will impact our company and as well as customer satisfaction and drive profit.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing domestic and international tour packages
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and guides
• Communicate with clients regarding itineraries, bookings, and travel details
• Support sales activities and promote tour packages to customers
• Maintain relationships with vendors such as hotels, transport providers, and agents
• Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth travel experience
• Manage basic documentation such as itineraries, invoices, and confirmations
• Maintain booking records and reports

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in tourism and travel operations
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Customer-service oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a team

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline
• Degree/Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel Management is a plus
• Freshers can apply
• Internship or training in travel/tourism is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
