Tourist Visa Counsellor

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa application process for studying, working, or migrating abroad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of visa regulations for key destinations (e.g., Canada, USA, UK, Australia, etc.), and a passion for helping people achieve their international goals. Key Responsibilities:   Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa processes and requirements for various countries.   Assist clients with the preparation, review, and submission of visa applications and supporting documents.   Guide students and professionals through the complete visa process, including documentation, financials, and interviews.   Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.   Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission and updates on application status.   Maintain records of all client interactions and application statuses.   Keep up-to-date with changing visa laws, embassy rules, and international education trends.   Provide pre-departure and post-visa counselling services where applicable.   Attend training sessions and webinars to stay informed on immigration updates. Qualifications and Skills:   Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: International Relations, Education, or related field).   Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling, immigration services, or international admissions.   Sound knowledge of visa processes for at least one or more countries (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe, etc.).   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   Excellent organizational and time management abilities.   Ability to work in a target-driven environment.   Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
