As a Tour Guide, your role involves meeting and guiding tourists, leading the group throughout the itinerary, and ensuring the trip runs smoothly as planned. You will be responsible for providing vivid explanations of the historical, cultural, natural, and social background of the attractions. Additionally, you will answer tourist questions, handle emergencies and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Safety assurance is crucial, as you must ensure tourists adhere to safety regulations and guarantee safe transportation, dining, accommodation, and activities. Maintaining good communication with travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, attractions, and transportation providers is essential for smooth connections. Presenting and promoting local culture, customs, and characteristics to foster cultural understanding among tourists is also a part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be in charge of tour fee settlement, ticket management, contract execution, and necessary itinerary records. Enhancing team cohesion through interaction and activities to ensure a positive travel experience for guests is another key aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - College degree or above, preferably in tourism management, foreign languages, history, cultural studies, or related fields. - Purchase a relevant tour guide certification as required by local laws and regulations. - Familiarity with the destination's attractions, history, and local customs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in Chinese and at least one foreign language (e.g., English) preferred. - Passionate about travel, with a friendly, service-oriented attitude and strong adaptability. - Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle unexpected events and emergencies. - Healthy and adaptable to frequent travel and extended outdoor activities. - Experience in tour guiding or related service industries preferred.,
