You will play a crucial role in the success of healthcare products by providing in-depth product knowledge, training, and support to internal teams and external clients. You will manage product lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients to ensure products meet their needs. Your experience with offshore teams, especially North American clients, will be pivotal for smooth communication and successful product delivery. Provide in-depth knowledge and support for healthcare products, act as the go-to expert on product functionality, features, and benefits. Ensure clear communication of product information to internal teams and clients. Engage with North American clients and offshore teams to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure product solutions meet their needs. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback from clients, driving product improvements and successful launches. Coordinate with offshore teams for product delivery alignment and meeting client expectations. Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external clients to ensure proper product usage and integration into healthcare environments. Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholders. Participate in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements. Track product performance, provide enhancement recommendations based on customer feedback and market trends. Collaborate effectively with offshore teams, manage communication, and project timelines for timely and efficient product delivery and client support. Experience with North American clients and offshore collaboration nuances is required. Qualifications & Experience: - 3-5 years of product management or product specialist experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Strong understanding of healthcare products, technologies, and industry regulations. - Essential previous experience with offshore teams, especially in North America. - Excellent communication skills for collaboration across regions and time zones. - Experience in training and presenting to clients and internal teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience in medical devices, healthcare software, or healthcare IT products. - Knowledge of North American healthcare systems, regulations, and client requirements. - Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms. - Ability to adapt to diverse cultural communication styles and work in a global team environment.,
