Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Kolkata. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for providing guided tours, effective communication with clients, exceptional customer service, travel consulting, and knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
