Position Summary
Analyst Rewards & RecognitionThe DTTL | People R&R Analyst plays an important role across 7K employees in global organization and is integral to the success of service delivery from USI and to support the DTTL | Total rewards COE.
Responsibilities:
R&R Processes and query handling
- Handle end to end R&R reporting and analysis.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, support the client with proactive responses or the latest status to ensure meeting deadlines and quality of work.
- Initiate/propose enhancements to simplify/improve the process efficiency.
- Administration of monthly/ Annual R&R processes and coordination with different teams to complete the processes.
- Handling TIF (Thank it forward tool), identifying inconsistencies and coordinating with different teams for the resolution.
- ServiceNow/ Mailbox management and query resolution
- Maintaining and performing spend analysis for department wise R&R budgets.
- Strengthening Audit mechanism in current Process, use various tools and techniques for R&R related research and analysis, create and update process SOP's
Compensation Transactions/ Support To Compensation Specialists
- Annual Compensation Statement upload/ Participate in the communication process
- Offline Corrections- Salary, Bonus or other one time/ ad hoc payments
- Salary Advance/ Loan process- activities required to process salary advance/ loan for US professionals
- Retention Bonus & Agreement- process the retention bonus and prepare retention agreement
- Wage overpayment
- Participate in testing of any new tools/ enhancements and collaborate with other teams to accomplish that
- To work as part of a team and collaborate across People COE's to understand all existing and new policies, procedures, processes and ensure to provide professional COE support to stakeholders.
- Responsible for actively building and maintaining strong relationships with DTTL People COEs
- Be knowledgeable on the DTTL business environment, organization and key stakeholders
- Provide support with project presentations, TIF/ Tool enhancements and working sessions
- Support DTTL Compensation Specialists/ Global COE with Analysis, and day to day work
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA HR or post graduate in statistics/ Applied economics with prior experience in compensation or related business processes
- 2-4 Years of experience in HR
- Experience working in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience working in Rewards COE or HRSS comp department of a multinational company
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast- paced, team environment
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- People related skills: Proactive approach and sense of urgency
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software such as SAP, ServiceNow or Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highest levels of professional conduct in adherence to the most rigorous standards of ethics and integrity
