TOT certified Trainer

As a Retail TOT Certified Trainer at our Skill Development Organisation in Bhubaneswar, your primary responsibility will be conducting training sessions for retail students and providing coaching to enhance their performance. You will focus on effective communication techniques, customer service excellence, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to continuously improve them. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for retail students - Provide coaching to enhance performance - Focus on effective communication techniques - Ensure customer service excellence - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them Qualifications Required: - Skills in Training & Development - Strong communication and customer service abilities - Experience in coaching and mentoring retail staff - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Any prior experience in the industry will be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Valid TOT certificate from Retail, Apparel, Tourism & Hospitality, ITeS, or other Sector Skill Councils required If you are ready to take on this challenging role, please send your resume to mr.sushanta@gmail.com.,
