Very poor service in the dispatch. Mr. Kailash the dispatch incharge should be sacked. Toshiba is a religion in the world. They have taken 8 hours to load a 100 KVa transformer. A great company ruined by one person. Extremely poor. I've called 20 times. He never called once and doesn't return the calls.
