Tosca Automation Engineer

As a Tosca Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tosca test automation frameworks. Your role will involve creating and executing Tosca test cases for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to comprehend requirements and transform them into test scripts. Additionally, you will integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc., and identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar. API testing using Tosca (Tosca API Scan) will also be a part of your responsibilities, along with supporting Agile/Scrum processes and participating in sprint planning and reviews. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Tosca automation, with a strong understanding of Tosca Commander, AS1, AS2, and TDS. Proficiency in web, API, and database testing using Tosca is essential, as well as familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, etc. Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation, an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience with Agile tools such as JIRA & qTest are also required. Exposure to testing Web Services, SAP, and mobile applications using TOSCA will be advantageous. Preferred qualifications for this position include Tosca Certification (Level 1 or 2), experience in performance testing (optional), and knowledge of other test automation tools like Selenium, UFT, which is considered a plus.
