Tosca Automation Engineer

You are an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience, specializing in Tricentis Tosca and SAP ECC automation. Your role involves designing automation frameworks, executing test scripts, and expanding automation coverage across SAP ECC and integrated systems. Your analytical skills, collaborative nature, and adaptability to hybrid/remote work environments are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. - Automate test scenarios for SAP ECC modules and integrated applications. - Collaborate with QA, functional, and development teams to define test requirements, scope, and strategies. - Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and identify defects and inconsistencies. - Perform peer reviews of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues across SAP ECC and web applications. - Continuously monitor automation performance and implement improvements for efficiency and stability. - Maintain test documentation, execution results, traceability, and version-controlled automation assets. - Stay updated with emerging automation trends and enhance Tosca skills. - Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies as required. Required Qualifications: - 5-7 years of total experience in Software Testing. - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on automation experience using Tricentis Tosca. - Mandatory experience in SAP ECC automation. - Strong knowledge of Test Case Design, Execution Lists, TDS, TCD, and Tosca best practices. - Hands-on experience with SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodology. - Experience in reviewing requirements, writing end-to-end test scenarios, and defect tracking. - Familiarity with other testing tools/frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, JUnit). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
