Tool room head

The Tool Room Head position is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the tool room. As the Tool Room Head, your primary duties will include managing and maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate tool maintenance and calibration, and supervising tool room staff. You will also be tasked with planning and coordinating tool manufacturing and repairs, as well as ensuring adherence to safety standards and optimizing tool performance. This role is based on-site in Ludhiana. To excel in this role, you should have experience in managing and maintaining tools and equipment, the ability to effectively supervise and coordinate tool room staff, and knowledge of tool manufacturing processes and repair techniques. Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a tool room environment is essential, along with strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities will be key to success in this position, as well as the capacity to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in tool and die making or a related field would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
