Qualifications Experience in tool room management and operations Skills in manufacturing and maintenance of tools and equipment Quality control and assurance skills Strong leadership and supervisory abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of safety standards and compliance Technical background with a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus
