Job Purpose: To act as a crucial link between the Sales team and internal departments (Factory, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and superior customer support. This role enhances operational efficiency and drives customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Review and resolve pending orders and customer queries promptly. Maintain sales data entry and documentation systematically. Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and other departments to support sales activities. Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in collection efforts. Support customer service by providing updates on order status, dispatch, delivery, and stock. Generate and distribute daily sales reports and leads. Manage CRM tools for reporting and presentation purposes. Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Efficient and error-free processing of orders. Timely payment collection support. Seamless coordination for product dispatch and delivery. Clear communication and proper documentation for customer transactions. Strong relationships with internal teams and external customers. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 2 to 5 years of experience in CRM or Sales Support roles. Strong organizational skills with a customer-first approach. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
